V Check V2400 Analyzer
Bionote's Vcheck V2400 analyzer for veterinary fluorescence immunoassay can help point-of-care testing for various biomarkers, in-house at larger patient care facilities.
It provides quantitative measurement of biomarker concentration in serum, plasma and whole blood delivered for analysis via Vcheck’s test strips for 12 biomarkers. As a multiple test analyzer, the V2400 can be used as a complement to your point of care lab for time-saving diagnosis and faster initiation of treatment plans along with significant cost savings per test. Vcheck is proven to be reliable, providing precise results rapidly.
V Check V200 Analyzer
Bionote's Vcheck V200 device for veterinary fluorescence immunoassay can help point-of-care testing for various biomarkers in-clinic. It helps check quantitative measurement of biomarker levels in serum, plasma and whole blood. Vcheck is proven to be reliable, providing accurate results rapidly.
Vcheck Canine NTproBNP
The first and only rapid, in-clinic canine cardiac biomarker test, Vcheck's cNT-proBNP test allows for identification of this marker to assess NT-proBNP concentration increases secondary to excessive stretching of heart muscle cells, allowing this marker to be used to assess the severity of underlying heart disease.
Vcheck cProgesterone
The Vcheck Canine Progesterone is an in vitro diagnostic test kit for
the quantitative measurement of progesterone concentration in canine
serum. Progesterone is a steroid hormone produced primarily by the
corpora luteum.
Progesterone levels begin to rise around the time of
LH (Luteinizing Hormone) surge. Thus, the production of progesterone
starts prior to ovulation at the end of proestrus and reaches increased
levels at the time of ovulation.
The measurement of progesterone can
be used to determine optimal breeding dates, predict parturition dates
or time a Cesarean section and detect reproductive disorders. This test
kit is designed to be used only by veterinarians.
Vcheck Canine CRP 2.0
The Vcheck Canine CRP 2.0 is an in vitro diagnostic test kit for the
quantitative measurement of C-reactive protein(CRP) concentration
in canine serum and plasma. In the case of normal individuals, the
concentration of CRP is very low in their serum and plasma but it
increases when a pathological phenomenon occurs such as infection,
tissue damage, or inflammatory disorders.
An increased concentration of CRP is a non-specific reaction to
various disease states and can be used to indicate and evaluate
immunoinflammatory responses in related diseases, infection, or tissue
damage.
The BIONOTE Vcheck Canine CRP 2.0 is designed to be used only by
veterinarians.
Caniv 4 Test Kit
The Anigen Rapid CaniV-4 Test Kit is a chromatographic immunoassay for the
qualitative detection of Dirofilaria immitis antigen, Ehrlichia canis antibody, Borrelia
burgdorferi antibody and Anaplasma phagocytophilum/Anaplasma platys antibody
in canine serum, plasma or whole blood.
The Anigen Rapid CaniV-4 Test Kit has two letters which are test (“T”) line and control
(“C”) line on the surface of device. Test line and control line in the result window are
not visible before applying any samples. The control line is a reference line which
indicates the test is performing properly.
The control line has to appear every time
when the test has performed. If the target antigens and/or antibodies are present in
sample, a purple test line would appear in the result window.
The highly selective recombinant antigen or antibody is used as a capture or
detector in the assay. These are capable of detecting Dirofilaria immitis antigen(HW
Ag), Ehrlichia canis antibody(E.canis Ab), Borrelia burgdorferi antibody(Lyme Ab) and
Anaplasma phagocytophilum/Anaplasma platys antibody(Anaplasma Ab) in canine
sample with high accuracy
Vcheck CPV Ab
The Vcheck CPV Ab Test Kit is a chromatographic immunoassay for the
semi-quantitative detection of IgG to parvovirus in canine serum or
plasma.
Test line and control line in the result window are not visible
before applying any samples. The control line is a reference line which
indicates the test is performing properly. The control line has to appear
every time when the test has performed. If the target antibodies are
present in the sample, a purple test line will appear in the result
window.
The highly selective antigens are used as both capture and
detector in the assay. These antigens are capable of detecting IgG
antibody to canine parvovirus in sample with high accuracy. The
Vcheck Analyzer reads the presence of IgG to canine parvovirus in
canine serum or plasma.
CPV/CCV Ag Tesk Kit
The Anigen Rapid CPV/CCV Ag Test Kit is a chromatographic immunoassay for
the qualitative detection of Canine Parvovirus antigen and Coronavirus antigen in
canine feces.
The Anigen Rapid CPV/CCV Ag Test Kit has has two letters which are test line (T)
and control line (C) on the surface of the device. The test line and control line in
the result window are not visible before applying any samples.
The control line is a
reference line which indicates the test is performing properly. It has to appear every
time when the test has performed. If the Canine Parvovirus(CPV) antigen and/or
Canine Coronavirus(CCV) antigen is(are) present in the sample, a purple test line
would appear in the result window.
The highly selective CPV antibodies and CCV antibodies are used as capture and
detector materials. These are capable of detecting CPV antigen and CCV antigen in
canine sample with high accuracy.
Anigen Rapid ASFV Ag Test Kit
The Anigen Rapid ASFV Ag Test Kit is a chromatographic immunoassay
for the qualitative detection of African Swine Fever Virus antigen in
swine serum, plasma or whole blood.
The Anigen Rapid ASFV Ag Test Kit has the letter "1", "2" and "C" as
the test line and control line on the surface of the device. Two test
lines are coated on the membrane for high sensitivity to African Swine
Fever Virus Antigen.
The first line ("1") and second line ("2") can detect
the p72, p32 (also known as p30) respectively. Both p72 and p32 are
major protein of African Swine Fever virus, and related to structure
and immunoreaction of virus [1][2][3]. All of the the test lines in the
result window are not visible before applying samples.
The purple
test line will be visible in the result window if there are enough African
Swine Fever Vrius antigens in the specimen. The control line is used
for procedural control, and should always appear if the test procedure
is performed properly and the test reagents of the control line are
working well.
The highly selective antibodies to African Swine Fever Virus antigens
are used as each capture and detector in the assay. These are capable
of detecting African Swine Fever Virus antigens in sample with high
accuracy.
Anigen Rapid Rabies Ag Test Kit
Anigen Rapid Rabies Ag Test Kit is a chromatographic immunoassay for the
qualitative detection of rabies virus antigen in fresh brain tissue of canine,
bovine or raccoon dog.
Anigen Rapid Rabies Ag Test Kit has two letters which are test(T) line and
control(C) line on the surface of device. Test line and control line in the result
window are not visible before applying any samples.
The control line is a
reference line which indicates the test is performing properly. The control
line has to appear every time when the test has performed. If the rabies virus
antigens are present in the sample, a purple test line would appear in the result
window.
The highly selective antibodies to rabies virus are used as a capture and
